Join Us as a Full-Time Salesperson. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling sales enquiries, supporting customers with technical knowledge, and assisting with store operations and order fulfilment. Your contribution will be key to ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sales enquiries in-store and over the phone, providing professional and timely support.
  • Offer technical assistance to customers and guide them through product features and benefits.
  • Promote the Company’s products effectively to meet and exceed sales targets in line with business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate transactions at the point of sale, using correct item descriptions and pricing.
  • Support daily cashing and reconciliation procedures, taking full responsibility for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage POS entries and stock-related updates, ensuring consistency and precision.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints in accordance with company service standards.
  • Contribute to creating a high-quality and engaging customer experience in all store locations.
  • Participate in internal training to maintain a strong understanding of the Company's systems, products, and services.
  • Represent the Company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events, conducting product demonstrations when needed.
  • Receive and verify stock transfers, organizing inventory for storage or display per management instructions.
  • Assist with the fulfilment of online orders, ensuring correct procedures and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical department by initiating service requests using proper documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in handling transactions and stock.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop product and system knowledge.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Flexibility to work Full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
