Cyber Weekend Terms and Conditions
  1. General
    • These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made during the Cyber Weekend Promotion (“Promotion”) at Klikk online.
    • By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    • Klikk reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice, where necessary for operational, commercial, or legal reasons.
    • Special conditions apply specifically to the Cyber Weekend, as outlined in Section 4 below.
  2. Promotional Offers
    • Discounts and promotional prices are valid only between 13 March and 15 March 2026, or while stocks last.
    • Certain items may be excluded from the Promotion. Exclusions will be clearly marked online.
    • Product quantities are limited, and no reservations or rain checks will be available.
    • Products sold during this period are not eligible for GO Easy Buy or any other instalment or deferred payment schemes.
    • All discounts are automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, including GO offers, Cloudigo, employee discounts, coupons, loyalty points, or other promotions.
    • Due to exceptionally high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. Klikk will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders promptly.
  3. Online Orders & Delivery
    • To qualify for promotional pricing, all orders must be placed and paid for within the promotion period.
    • Change of delivery time is not possible once the order has been confirmed.
    • Change of delivery address after order confirmation may result in delivery being postponed to the next available day.
    • In rare cases, orders may be accepted for products that later become unavailable due to factors beyond Klikk’s control. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a refund or suitable alternative will be offered.
    • All purchases made during the Cyber Weekend are subject to the standard return policy, unless otherwise specified.
    • Items purchased at promotional prices may be exchanged for products of equal or higher value (subject to payment of any difference) or returned for store credit.
    • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented for all returns or exchanges.
  4. Warranty
    • All products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty and/or the two-year legal guarantee as established under Maltese and EU consumer protection law.
    • Discounts or promotional offers do not affect the validity, duration, or terms of applicable warranties.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    • Klikk shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion or from product use, beyond the rights guaranteed under Maltese consumer law.
    • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Maltese or EU law.
  6. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
    • Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
